Red Hawk is a Spiced Botanical Cider -- which includes ciders with any combination of culinary spices, flowers, rose hips, hibiscus, fruit peels/zest (but not juice), and the like.

Production Method
Traditional cool, slow fermentation to reduce loss of delicate aromas.

Brilliant, ruby red color, appropriate to the ingredients.
Mouthfeel
Distinctive mouthfeel. Cider is slightly tannic from effect of added ingredients, but is not bitter from over-extraction.

Serving Temperature
Red Hawk is ready to drink at room temperature 60º - 65ºF. Can be slightly chilled like a Sangria during the summer months or over ice 45º - 55ºF or may be gently warmed to 75º - 85ºF as a hot toddy for those cold winter nights.
Red Hawk Natural Sweet Hard Apple Cider
Produced on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River, this cider defies conventional expectations. With an aroma that hints of apple blossoms and a flavor reminiscent of citrus, it glides to a soft, gentle finish. Ingredients: Fermented Apple Juice, Hibiscus Flowers, Natural Spices, Lightly Carbonated. 6.8% alcohol by volume. 12-oz (355 ml) Bottles.

We typically ship alcoholic products by Spee Dee Delivery. If you wish shipment by another carrier, please contact us. All products generally ship within 2 business days; however days in-transit are not guaranteed.
For the delivery of all alcoholic products, the signature of a person of legal age (21 or older) is required. Spee Delivery -- at its sole discretion -- may request photo identification indicating the recipient’s age, before completing the delivery. Neither Spee Dee Delivery nor Maiden Rock Apples, Winery & Cidery shall be held liable for delays due to inability to obtain the required signature.
No signature is required for delivery of non-alcoholic products – such as cider apple trees, scion wood, apples and preserves.
Quantity Discounts: A quantity discount of 10% is already included in the case price (24/12-oz bottles) for Honeycrisp Hard®, Scrumpy, and Crabby ciders. For products in 750ml bottles, a quantity discount of 5% is applied to orders of 6-11 bottles, and 10% for orders of 12 or more bottles. Products packaged in the same-sized bottles can be mixed.
Charges & Privacy Policy: Shipping charges are calculated by weight, destination and package dimensions. In addition, a handling fee of 15% is added.
