About Us
Herdie Baisden and Carol Wiersma began their farming venture when they planted their first apple trees in 2000. Located on an 80-acre farm near Stockholm, Wisconsin, Herdie and Carol planned to produce products made from fermented apple juice as well as fresh fruit, preserves, and baked goods.

Apr - Jun: Thursday - Monday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Jul - Oct: Open Daily, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Nov - Mar: Saturday & Sunday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
